ACRP 2026 Conference | Bridging the Gaps to Succeed as a Multigenerational Team
The Sophos Collective participated as consultants at the ACRP 2026 Conference, where we led a session focused on navigating the realities of a multigenerational workforce within clinical research.
We guided attendees through the distinct values and perspectives of Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z, equipping them to better understand generational differences and apply that insight to real workplace challenges.
Attendees gained insight into generational values, cultural influences, and workplace expectations, along with practical strategies to improve communication and team performance.
A key focus was helping participants recognize personal biases, avoid snap judgments, and adopt a shift from a traditional “boss” mentality to a more effective “coach” approach—fostering trust, engagement, and stronger collaboration across generations.
